Ingredients
- 1 cup raw Lowell
Farms Jasmine Rice (White), cooked
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Fresh fruit for garnish
Directions
Cook Jasmine Rice according
to direction. Add milk, sugar, and cinnamon. Bring to boil, reduce
heat, and simmer 25 minutes, or until thick and creamy, stirring
occasionally. Remove cinnamon stick. Add vanilla. Cool and fold
in whipped cream. Garnish with fresh fruit.
Makes 6 - 8 servings.
*Can substitute frozen whipped topping for whipped cream.
