Ingredients
- 1 cup raw Lowell Farms
Jasmine Rice (White), cooked
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp. sesame or vegetable
oil
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 bunch green onion,
chopped
- 2 tblsp parsley, chopped
- 2 tblsp. sesame seeds,
toasted
Directions
Cook Jasmine Rice according
to directions. While rice is cooking; saute onion and garlic in
oil in large skillet over medium heat until tender. Stir in tomato,
green onion, and parsley. Heat thoroughly. Add hot cooked Jasmine
Rice. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
Serves 4.
