Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked Lowell
Farms Jasmine Rice (White)
- 1 bunch green onion,
chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tblsp. butter
- 3 cups water
- 5 tblsp. grated parmesan
cheese
- Fresh ground pepper
Directions
Saute chopped onion,
raw Jasmine Rice, garlic salt, and butter in skillet. Cook 2 - 3
minutes. Slowly add 1 cup water and continue cooking over medium
heat; stirring often. As the liquid cooks down, continue adding
1/2 cup water at a time until all water is used and dish is very
creamy. Stir in parmesan cheese. Serve with fresh ground pepper
on top. Total cooking is about 30 minutes.
