Ingredients
- 2 cups raw Lowell
Farms Jasmine Rice (white)
- 2 Tbl. Oil
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbl. fresh Ginger,
grated
- 1/4 Cup Lite Coconut
Milk
- 2 1/2 Cups water
- Salt to taste
Directions
In saucepan over medium
heat, sauté oil, garlic and ginger briefly. Add rice and
stir well. Add Coconut Milk, water and salt. Bring to boil.
Give a quick stir, cover,
reduce heat to low. Cook 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit
covered five minutes more. Fluff with fork and enjoy.
Serves 4.
